Structural remedial works completed for a local authority housing provider following failure and deterioration to a rear extension structure. Works included controlled demolition, rebuild of the rear extension, associated structural repairs and external making good, with coordinated multi-trade delivery carried out within an occupied residential setting.

Drone Roof & Fabric Inspection Survey
Detailed inspection of the internal fabric and roof structure of a residential property following reports of water ingress and deterioration. UAV drone inspection conducted to assess roof coverings, valleys and associated high-level elements, with photographic reporting, defect analysis and a full scope of remedial works produced for the client.
Commercial Electrical Installation & Certification Works
Commercial electrical upgrade works completed including new electrical installation, consumer control unit (CCU) replacement, testing, certification and final sign-off documentation. Works were coordinated within a live commercial environment with compliant installation and commissioning delivered in line with current electrical standards.
